Complete Soccer Conditioning offers a comprehensive Strength & Conditioning program, developed specifically for youth soccer players.
Athletes will benefit from direct coaching from a former Semi-pro soccer player and Sports Conditioning Specialist; and will learn to develop Primary fitness components such as Acceleration, Agility, Explosive Power, Coordination, and Reactions.
Exercises will be Soccer-specific, often integrated with a ball, and will also use some of the best and most appropriate fitness equipment available.
The program will include Injury prevention techniques, and the most up to date Movement Prep & Recovery to ensure all players are able to perform consistently at their best level.
