Players first have to work out there training zone, you can do this by entering your age into the box below, the number produced is your target Heart rate. The aim of all the activities listed below is to get you working at this Target heart rate. If you wear a smartwatch you can monitor your progress during the activity to see if you are in your training zone. If not then simply take your pulse after you’ve done an activity, if you get into your training zone then note the number of clicks it took to get you there that way you know for future.
