Winter Training Program is the best way for High School Players to improve their game over the winter. Players will train in the Gym with a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach for one hour then train on the turf with a High-Level Soccer Trainer for the next hour. Players will be given an individual training program designed by the personal trainer that they can take away and work in the gym be themself to ensure they come back from the offseason faster and stronger. Players will be tested on the soccer field throughout the Winter to see tangible results of thier hard work. Players will be given video, audio, and written feedback from the Personal Trainer and Soccer Coach to ensure they know what they need to be working on.
